Rosewood Hotel Group is a renowned international hotel management company boasting a diverse portfolio of 41 hotels spanning 19 countries. The portfolio contains five distinct brands under the Rosewood Hotel umbrella, each embodying its own modern and luxurious concept.

Problem
Rosewood uses Shift4 as a payment solution to facilitate online and in-person transactions with an integrated gateway and POS system. While the integrated system helped the hotel group manage everything through a single vendor, the fees they paid seemed higher than expected based on the contract they signed with Shift4.
Like many hotels, Rosewood has over 30 merchant IDs for different locations and various aspects of the business. This made it even more difficult to track monthly expenses associated with payment processing.
