“Merchant Cost Consulting has been great for us. I'd note that I brought them on at my previous employer about six years ago, then brought them on here at Birdies soon after I joined. So, that's recommendation enough! In addition, they have been great at negotiating with our processors, both when we first brought MCC on and then as our volume grew and we had more negotiating power. They audit monthly transactions closely to ensure actual pricing is in line with negotiated rates and they can provide some market analysis on which payment processors you aren't currently using, but should maybe consider.

Pool & Hot Tub Alliance has worked with MCC for three years. During that time, they have saved us a substantial amount of money on our credit card fees by negotiating with our processors. Any time they tried to raise our rates, MCC was right on top of it and calling them to renegotiate, without me even having to ask.
