In addition, they have been great at negotiating with our processors, both when we first brought MCC on and then as our volume grew and we had more negotiating power. They audit monthly transactions closely to ensure actual pricing is in line with negotiated rates and they can provide some market analysis on which payment processors you aren't currently using, but should maybe consider.

It’s beyond me why every business isn’t using this service. I’m not a paid shill here but someone who has done business in multiple settings and always taken advantage of by the credit card companies.
