Problem

Rosewood relied on an integrated payment processor to facilitate online and in-person transactions. While the integrated system helped the hotel group manage everything through a single vendor, the fees they paid seemed higher than expected based on the contract they signed with their processor. Like many hotels, Rosewood has over 30 merchant IDs for different locations and various aspects of the business.
