New PatientNow Rate Increase Effective October 1, 2024

PatientNow is increasing processing rates by 0.05% per transaction as of 10/1/2024. 

This is the second rate increase we’ve seen from PatientNow this year. Merchants who were impacted by both of these increases have had their processing rates increase by 0.10% in just 7 months. 

PatientNow Increased Processing Rates Effective April 1, 2024

Effective 4/1/2024, PatientNow increased its payment processing rates by 0.05% per transaction. 

As an explanation for the increase, PatientNow cited new features, rising costs, and inflation.
